If a women file a case of divorce in sec 12(1)
& the case is dismissed by adj court aftr 4 year proceeding
A first appeal is filed by women for divorce in high court sinve ladt 2 year
Totaly since 6 year women is living seprate with his parents
Now what is the remidy for women for getting divorve

Sec 12(1) relates to annulment, not divorce. The question is why the court is taking so much of time. So much delay will defeat the very purpose of the provision. The way is to file an appropriate application citing relevant reasons for early disposal.
