i had worked in sbi as customer relationship executive (cre) from 01 dec. 2007 to 30 nov. 2009 . ihave terminated from my job due to 60% targer not not achieved and sbi have not give three months notice period or three month as per our service rule, but bank has given the notice io other employees.
In aug.2010 the bank has regularized some contract employees on the basis of 60 % target achieved. in month of sept a letter from bank corporate center mumbai to all respectives bank local head offices regarding the employees who have not achieved 60 % target will give an opporunity for permanent absorpation because they have used fot bank operating tasks inspite of task for which they have recuirted. i have also done the operating work of the branch inspite of my work . also the bank has regularized the employees who has been working ifor 7-8 months. because it is not possible to achieve the target in such short time and also bank is also giving opportunity to the resigned employees. also some of our contract employees have won the case in lucknow high court and bank is taking back to this employees, They are all terninated in the month of dec. 2010 on the 60 % basis.
now i want your advice that i can sue against the bank for my come back in back ad for regularization.
