Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am working in abroad and married since sept 2014 in India. My wife is in India Delhi (110092) not living with my parents since June 2015 after fighting and threatening my parents ,her behavior was not good since marriage we have already just give information to local police station (Not FIR). i went India in Aug 2015 she came for one day with her brother and sister and threaten us and putting false allegation ,I have tried my best to reach her to discussed the same but she denied the same and did not allow us to visit their home.I have all whats app msg send to her. in Oct i come to abroad than her brother called and threaten me again i hv call recording ,now again she started to send me massage again to come to India to discussed otherwise she will call my office people and will come over here and create a big scene. Kindly advice

She has not married to live with your parents. Possibly, unjustified separation may be tormenting her. Try to keep her with you when ever you need to leave the country for long gaps. Even if you do not want to continue any relationship, you should start regularly sending her a decent amount for maintenance.
