Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh
Hi I am a working lady recently I am living separately from my husband due to his bad manners and physical abbuse.i have a 5 years old son and a 5 month old son. I want the full custody of my both sons & I also know that my husband will try his best to get the custody of the sons.both my & my husband family is well educated && both of us are also doing good jobs. In such situation what should I do to get the custody of my sons

You have two children and they are obviously completely depended upon you. In that case the well being of your child can better be secured by your side. This is the thing a court of law will be looking into. You may comfortably get a verdict from the court for the custody of your children. But remember when your sons will reach seven, their father will accrue a right under law to get the custody of them. Then again you will have to show better well being from your side. Hope you understand my point.
