Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi

I am working in a private concern and living separately with my kid for past 2 years. Divorce case is going on between me and my husband. I don't want to get divorce but my husband is willing to give. He told me that resign the job and come i will accept, i know it is a fake statement.I don't want to reassign the job because after marriage he and his family treated me very bad and i suffered lot even for basic things, now i have a kid and he starts to go to school. Shall i explain my position in front of the judge ?
