i am a working woman married for 4 years and more financially secured than my husband. my husband used to beat me up quite often..many times i have been to police station but did not filed the case.this time when he beated me in nov 2014 I decided to file a case against him but local police told me that I cant file because this was the first time and hence I was forced to compromise. I have a three years old son. he took my son with him 5 months before. he is living with his parents. his parents refused to live with me and he dont allow my parents to live with me. so i am helpless and have to give my son to him. they dont care fot my son properly. what should i do. can i have my child custody before divorce too

Dear client u can ask child custody before divorce by filling case in court. Also file complaint against husband for physical torture with women cell of police under sec 498 a. File domestic violence case for mental harassment. U can file divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
