Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am working women. I earn double than my husband. Also my MIL works and earn more than my husband. I just have completed 1 year of marriage. My husband and MIL mentally 'economically tortured me for 1 year and just after a month from marriage. Insulted my family also. Me,my family and friends tried to recover our relation by counselling but my husband and MIL doesn't respond wel. My MIL is the main reason for our quarrel but she and even my husband doesn't accept it. All these attempts happened one way. Now we can't bare it. I just want to know what are the possibilities if I file DV case' 498A case & want divorce? Which claims can I put in front of husband and in law? My husband has no property. All property belongs to MIL. We just want to punish them as husband and MIL will not play or spoil any other girls life on the ground of money matter. They all are lie wearing false masks in the society. What are the possibilities of result if I file DV case' 498A case & divorce? Please help me.

1) First collect all evidences and preserve for future.
2) If the husband can establish u r earning and he has no income, may claim
maintenance from u, which u hv to get full details of their known sources of income
in advance.
