Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hello ,
I am writing in hope for advice and guidance.Actuaclly ,since childhood I am seeing domestic voilance.My dad is engineer , i have good financial background beside that .I am bearing sufferings because of domestic voilance with my mother from in-laws and father.And we r so helpless.My mothers family is not supportive.Now Physical ,emtional,psychological pain is also transffered to me as I am 20 and trying to change the things but nothing is working out .I quiet my studies because of daily torture now m working but its not at all helping as day by day Degree of torture oain is unbearable.I have younger sis she is also seeing all chaos. Mom and me are completely barred from right express ,and blackmailed everythan and now for beig kicked iut of home.Now I hv solution what to do please help.I am a girl bearing this pain since past 20 years wuth my mom who is now 43 .Please advice what legal actions can b taken and outcomes of same
