Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am writing this request on the behalf of Shobha (my Neighbour). The resident of Santpura (Modinagar, Ghaziabad, UP) Shobha is a divorcee lady who sells vegetables to earn bread and butter for her family. Due to severe poverty and pressure from her relative, Shobha arranged her daughter Komal's marriage with Karan Soni son of Ram Kishor in Rewari (Hariyana) on 14-02-2013. According to lady, her uncle gian prakash took Rs. 50 thousand from groom's family and gave wrong information about the boy and his family. Later she got to know that the boy was a drunkard and a characterless person. Just after marriage, the boy and his family started torturing the girl for dowry. He even used to beat the girl and forced her to drink with him. And, after that he used to rape her brutally. According to Komal, her in-laws used to give her stupid medicines and took her to tantriks to give birth to a son by which she used to be unconscious during pregnancy. When Komal gave birth to a girl on 5-6-2014, her in-laws neither gave her enough nourishing food needed after delivery nor did they take her for proper treatment. Then Komal got seriously ill. The boy left Komal with her mother almost in dying stage on 10-07-2014. When she became somewhat conscious after 20 days, her mother got to know that she had lost her memory completely. And, worst of all, when Komal became conscious, she got to know that she had become totally blind. She remained in hospital till two and half months but, her in-laws did not help them with a single penny. Despite of all, police did not do enough to nab the culprits and her in-laws got interim-bail in such a serious case. Police did not even prepare the proper FIR against the boys family. Now, she is unable to fight her case due to severe poverty. She is not able to afford a good lawyer. Lawyers do not even tell her their case number. Now I earnestly request for your suggestions in this matter. I have written to women commission but no reply yet. Please come forward if any lawyer wants to help us.
