Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

if a written deed is given to the wife that the husband shall never ask for child custody and wife will forgive the dower, can the husband later in life at any point claim for custody of child (son)? also, according to new rule of sc, if a woman remarries, does the custody shift? given that mother is financially stable and takes best care of the child and is not character less.

Yes he can claim but difficult for father.
