My younger brother's wife filed 498 a against out entire family though marriage was dowryless. My brother and his wife are doctors. We filed anticipatory bail application for my brother (main accused) in session court which was rejected on account of dowry not submitted before police, though as I earlier said that marriage was dowryless.and we filed bail applicarion in jaipur high court which is pending. Me and my wife filed anticipatory bail application which got rejected on account of investigation not completed. What should we do now. Are anticipatory bail rejection is a common practice of session court?

as your bail was rejected by rajasthan high court as well, you can move supreme court for the same. if the marriage was dowry less and you can prove it, your case is strong.
