Legal Question in Medical Leave in India
Dear sir,
My father recently expired and he is in Govt employee and am only the daughter and married. recently my mother got all the benefits from department and insurance policies also.
and now my mother is avoiding to me and not share any of the amount to me.
sir kindly suggest me how to claim and share the benefits and lic policy amounts to me and my mother please.....
