Legal Question in Medical Leave in India
Im a doctor working in a private medical college for almost one year as a faculty member.I have applied for leave on personal grounds for about 7 days.But it was objected by the head of the institute saying it is time for surprise visit to hospital by medical council of India inspectors,so I cant take leave till such date that they will let me know once they know exactly when the inspection could be. I am not in a position to attend hospital during the days for which I have been applying leave. What can i do now?

you apprise them of the reason of your absence and if the reason are substantial they will agree. You are entitled for the leave.
