sir kya jab patni agar maitence mag rahi hai to kya cort maitence ke liya order karega hi karega kya me agar maintence dene se mana kar diya to result kya hoga or sir me to use gar lana chata hou kya fir bhi maintenc dena hi hoga

is she working or a house wife?? if she is not employed than you have to maintain your wife. Refusaal to pay maintainance as decided by the court will get you jailed. If you want your wife back you can ask the matter to be referred for mediation.for further query contact 9312411481.
