Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
Whether 3 bedroom flats who have 2 agreements and 2 share certificates of the housing society would be treated as 2 flats or 1 flat.They have 1 door as Entrance,one Electric meter.Pl. advice as these members are asking for 2 open car parking slots instead of one.

your details are insufficient to answer accurately, but supposing that their are 2 share certificates the flats will be treated as different.
