Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I have 3 brothers -all alive.My mother expired ,when my father was still alive,without a will.The house (in kolkata)where my 3 brothers and my father lived was in the name of my mother.Later this was sold to Promoters and the proceeds were distributed between my brothers(father had passed away by then).I was also given a token amount.The deal concluded in 2010.Now I have come to know that the amount transacted was much more than what was disclosed to me.Can I now legally get to know the details of the transaction from my three brothers.

Dear Namita,

You ought to have found out the actual amount of the deal at the time you accepted the token amount from your brothers. It is too late and not worthwhile to dig into the past now.

you can challenge the sale by filing a suit for cancellation.
