30 saal se mere pitaji mere dadi ke ghar se alag rah rahe hai.usi dauran mere dadaji ka dehant ho gaya hai.use ke baad me mere dadiji ne corporation me varasdar nahi chadhaye hai , our dadji ke baad me unhi ka naam corporation office me chadaha haua hai,mere dadaji ne mere pitaji ko apna undernirvaha karne ke liye ek chota sa dukan diya hai, abhi tak pratation nahi haui hai , mere pitaji ne kundake paise se dusri jagah makan liya hai,abhi dadaji ne diya haua dukan 100 saal purana hai ur abhi woh girane wala hai esi liye mere pitaji ne usko repairing karne ki bat ki tab mere dadiji ne and chachaji ne objection liya hai, esi liye hame seprate suit ke liye court me case dali hai dadiji ne mere pitaji ne khudake naam pe liya haua makan pratation me dalane ke liye kaha hai jo ki mere pitaji ne 35 saal unse alang rahake khudke kami se liya hai ,abhi uska finial dicison hai, esme me mera qustion ye hai ki.
1. Khudke kamai se liya hua makan partition me ayega kya?
2.Aur hame jaldi se aur uchit justice milane ne ke liye hum aur kya sakte hai.

ab jab kee case antim faisla par aa chuka hai to jaldee kee kya jaroorat hai. Khud kee kamayee se liye huey makan ko partition me nahee le sakte. court us makan ko aap ke pita jee ke liye hee rakhey gee
