Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i have 5 sister in laws and my wife has expired in year 2005 and i have an 1 daughter who living with my mother in law, question is my father in law also expired before 2 years and the property of him was divided bitween all except my dead wife's name or my daughter's name is there any rights of daughter there
