Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
a a/c cheque was issued to a person but the drawer dies and his heirs denies to pay the amount ,what are the reliefs and what is the limitation in that regard.

Dear Sir,
See that the deceased drawer heirs can not do so, and check the period of limitation as per the Indian limitation act 1963, which is prescribed to be the one year from the date of cause of action taken place by such drawer at default.
