Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
There is a agreement that a person agreed to register a property on conditionally about 13 years back to another person. Now whether that agreement is valid or not as it is about 13yrs back and whether first person can revoke or refuse to perform that agreement on the demand of second person on the ground that it's over time limit

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the condition(s) specified in the Agreement have not been fulfilled, the Agreement is invalid. Yes, the first person can revoke or refuse performance thereto.
