I am in an agreement to sell of my property in faridabad in HUDA sector on a considerable amount of xyz and took a advance of abc from 2nd party. now i want to cancel this deal. kindly write me about the legal technicalities during the cancellation of my property agreement. now i also want to pay the amount received as advance to the second party. i don't want to pay the double amount to that fellow. kindly clear.

Dear Sir,
You're usually compelled by the prior terms & condition accord to the Indian contract act with the first person, so please check the contents of the earlier contract of sale, then go through your subsequent contract with another person.
