Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan
An allotment letter and a mutation letter was issued in the name of a lady from 1966 to 1990 by a cooperative society in karachi then suddenly in 1990 the society without cancelling the allotment and the mutation letter the same property was alloted to the late husband of the lady . what is the legal position .

Its not possible unless their is release deed from legal heirs.. Suit for cancellation of transfer can be filed.. [email protected]
