Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
an auction arranged by mining engineer alwar raj on 15-02-2011 under land revenue act.i participate in that auction and purchased that property and full amout deposite same day.defaulter party went to court for cancelation that auction.the court rejected his stay application on 17-03-2011.the suit also reject in absence of plaint.now he file a fresh suit in another court.is it maintainable.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Even if the fresh suit is entertained at another Court, you should furnish details and evidence that the defaulter's case has already been rejected and dismissed earlier by the Court.
