I am a bachelor. have two married sisters and a widow mother . who is the legal heir for my property?

Dear Sir,
Since you do not have any descendants and if you are a Hindu, your mother remains the sole legal heir of your property, till you get married or you nominate another relative or person as the beneficiary of your property.
