I have booked a flat in a on going scheme, I have made payment by cqs and I have receipts for that with allotment letter from builder, now problem is that the builder has made some frauds in his other scheme so he is in jail, when I have make payment I have got complete details of title from builder and also I have obtained from Govt. also by my self it was clearly indicating title with builder, Now in fraudulent way builder and the land owner from which builder has got the land for scheme has gone for cancellation of original sale deed which they have made before on ground that land owner has not received his full payment. Now what I have to do

Whether landlord has received his payment or not shall not dis entitle you from the title. Immediately file a consumer complaint or a civil suit and foremost move an application seeking direction to respondents restraining them to cancel the sale deed. Discussion needed further:-

You can approach, file Consumer Complaint at the Consumer Court, and also you can file a police complaint U/s. 420 of the I.P.C 1860 at you're respective jurisdiction Police Station with your evidence.
