Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan

Three brothers had given undertaking on a stamp paper to accept share of 4th brother in some land. They had also agreed to enter and sign for a mutaion in the revenve record to transfer the said share. Now those three brothers refuse to transfer that share and sign the mutation for the purpose. What is the legal way for the affectee (the fourth brother) to proceed against them and what are the chances for him to get his right?

dear ur question is not clear .

whether it was purchased land or inharited ?

if jointly purchased on one name and 4th brother name is not included then 4th brother can file a suit .

if inharited then there is no need of affidavit just contact Patwari Halaqa and correct the Intqal e Wirasat .

They can not refuse when entered into an agreement. You can hold them liable for that in the court. You got chances in ur favour once you prove execution of docs.
