is it possible to cancel the sale deed if it has already registered in fovor of purchaser

in case the seller had no right to sell it or there is fraud in it or the property was sold a number of times or there is any cogent reason, the sale deed may be cancelled.

Yes, sure you can cancell any sale transactions upon fraud or coersion or issue of legal rights involved in it.
