Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
The case involves a property in mumbai where in city civil court i was held to be a tenant, however my servants were illegally living on that property so i filed a case in small causes court to evict them..in course of time, the said property was demolished without my notice and the landlord has now given the alternate accommodation to those servants. so i also made the landlord a party, now the court is saying it has no jurisdiction. What recourse do i have?
