I was a central Govt Servant and retd. in the year Aug 2004.I was posted at Delhi wef March 2001 onwards.My son became the member of Group Housing Society in June 2003.At that time he was employed and was posted at Bangalore.On superannuation out of my retirement benefits I purchased a flat at Dwarka and we all shifted there.As on date he has become Manager in State Bank of India and posted at Ambala but his membership is continuing since 16th June 2013.Now the membership is being verified by Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies.They are asking for a resident proof of Delhi 3 years prior to becoming the member of Group Housing Society.What I have is a allotment letter of Directorate of Estates allotting me a accommodation dated 15th March2001 and date of occupation as 16th March 2001.This accommodation I vacated in the year 2005 and I then shifted to my purchased flat.I was a central Govt servant and had frequent transfer.Pl advise so that his membership may not be cancelled

Ideally going by facts your case is covered by the rules stipulated for GHS, during verification do place the relevant documents to establish your claim. If the Astt Registrar decides to cancel the allotment, you can challenge the order before the Tribunal.
