Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Hi, I am from Chithoor, AP.
We are 2 brothers and sister (All married). our father expired long back.
mother, 2 brothers and sister all four of us are legal heirs and family members aftr father's death.
We are planning to sell an ancestral property say for Rs.20 Lakhs.
We divide the money equally between 4 of us.
but after that 3 of us (My mother and 2 brothers only) excluding my sister want to buy a house on three of our names.
In this case what should we do so that my sister does not claim right in the new property purchased since my mother will be a 1/3rd share holder in the new property?
Hope you understand my question

After yours mothers demise the share of your mother will also be divided between u three in case she does not leave a will.
