Legal Question in Civil Litigation in
i have a commercial flat on pagdi for 28years ive been the rent timely and the property in the name of the firm currently in occupation of the same. can the owner evict me as it seem that he is thinking of the sale of the property?

Dear Sir,
An owner can sell his property after the said lease agreement or Pagdi for 28 years is over.
