Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
There was an conditional stay till the opposite party pays a sum of money by a specific date. The opposite party failed to pay. The high court order states clearly "in default the order shall stand automatically vacated and the decree shall be executable at once". When I approached the lower court the Civil Judge still wants it in writing that the stay has been vacated. What can be done in such a situation ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You now have two options before you :
a) Give it in writing to the Judge at the Civil court that the stay has been vacated or;
b) Defend your case in the High Court till the Judge passes the final judgement.
Regards,
