Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
In C.R.Park/kalkaji Refugee Area only if a plot has been allotted in the name of father& mother jointly as per lease deed(DDA) [Father was a Govt. Servant died in the year 2002 without making any will] & from the beginning mother housewife. having one son & one daughter- both are married . In this circumstances what should be the percentage of a son, daughter & mother? pls. Sir.

1) Lease Deed to be examined.
2) What are mothers rights and the share in the property.
3) For fathers share then all LRs will get equal share, if there are
no conditions otherwise.
