Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i am a daughter and want to get my share from my father's property .my father and mother are expired.so my father's property in delhi we are five sibling.three sisters and two brothers.both brothers are expired but both their wife and one sister are living in this house in delhi fateh nagar (tilak nagar).i don't have registry and death certificate of my father.ragistry is my father's name how can i filled civil case under section 39

You can apply for the death certificate in MCD and for the property papers, apply for certified copy before sub registrar janak puri.

Dear Madam,

If your father and mother have not left behind a Will regarding your father's property, all of you (three sisters and two brothers) are entitled to an equal 1/5th share in the property. If either of them have left behind a Will, the property will be transferred vide a Probate from the Court to the beneficiary named in the Will.
