Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Before two days phone came from police station that your computor and monitor was stoloton from your office by thieff and thief is with me .Come and collcet your computor and monitor when i approch to police station they diidnt give me and told that you have to go to court and coolcet i wait whole day in police sttion they didnt take any complaint after i came back to my house whayt action i will take? in this respect.

Go there once again and try to register the FIR. Give a complaint to higher police officials. If all these don't work, file a criminal complaint in the court of Magistrate.
