Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear Concern,
I have given my friend 9 lacs through my Bank account .Now he is denying to pay me back. I have no other proof than the Bank statement which shows that the fund is transfered and few mobile msgs.Please guide if i can take legal help to get back my money
