Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan
Dear Lawyers,
Please if any body can confirm that
Filing a Case related to Immovable property worth more than 50 Lakah rupee (5 million) can be filed directly in the Punjab high court Pakistan.

First clearfy that what type of case you are going to file.
Original jurisdiction is with civil judge.
Other courts are appellate fourms.

If its a partition, declaration, specific performance, administration, distribution or any other likewise suit then it cannot be filed in High Court. But a constitutional petition can be maintainable directly in High Court if there is no other remedy available under article 199.. For more consult [email protected]
