Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan

Dear Sir Assalam o alaikum,I would be thankfull to you if kindly you will give me your legal advice that what is the legal position of THE FOLLOWING MATTER that was taken by PIB SOCIETY KARACHI? thank youA property was alloted to Mr.MASOOD AHMED in P.I.B COLONY KARACHI in the year 1966.MrMASOOD AHMED gifted this property to her wife mrs FATIMA and it was alloted anD mutated to mrs fatima by PIB COOPERATIVE SOCIETY IN THE YEAR 1967.MRS FATIMA gifted this property to her younger son mr HAROON in the 1990.MRAZAM one of her son opposed this gift deed and went to the office of the registerar of cooperative societies and got an award from this office from nominee of registerar of cooperative societies against his mother MRS FATIMA in the year 1994.MRS FATIMA got second award from the same office and this second award settied the first award in the year 4-12-2002.when the proceding of second award was pending MR.AZAM MASOOD got an order from third seniour civil judge karachi.Inthis order from third seniour civil judge the execution application was allowed in accordance to first award in the year 1-11-2002.PIB SOCIETY UNDER THIS EXECUTION ORDER FROM THIRD SENIOUR CIVIL JUDGE cancel mutation an allotment of MRS FATIMA.THE PIB SOCIETY ACCEPT THE FIRST AWARD.ITis important that after cancelled first award by second award MR AZAM MASOOD holder of first award approached to the office of the adviser to the chief minister of finance MR.AFTAB SHEIKH again second award and the proceeding was goingon in this office but PIB SOCIETY didnot accept the second award and accept first award and didnot wait the decision of advisor to the chief minister and cancelled the allotment of MRS FATIMA .Mean while AFTAB SHEIKH settisied the second award in the year 21-4-2003.the action taken by PIB SOCIETY was before the decision of advisor to the chief minister while first award was settied by second award and the appeal against second award was in pending.but pib society took the decision before coming judgement against second award by the office of advisor to the chief minister.
