Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan

Dear sir civil law case was file against me. I appear and file an application that case is not maintanable and should be return to filer in its present form. I believe it's called 7 10 or 7 11 application. After that I appear every date and Honourable Judge always told me that answer from other party for maintanability application does not receive. I was never informed that I need to submit answer(jawab dawa )during the time when my application for maintanability is still under processing.

I heard today my right to jawab dawa was struck more than one month that ago even I was never informed or advice by court to submit Jawab dawa.

It's more than a month this happen how I can appeal it and get my right for jawab dawa back. Wait for your reply.

When right to file written statement is struck off, the only remedy is revision.. File and you will get your right.. [email protected]
