dear sir,
I am a complainant in a cheque case worth Rs 100000 according to section 138 of N I Act.can I file another suit for recovery of money as civil in nature?

Dear Sir,
If you already filed any suit accord to 138 of N.I Act, then you cannot file one more suit, unless this being a summary cause of action of such suit.
