Dear Sir,
In Muslims a registered gift deed to be registered in the favour of a minor child?
A minor child can claim for his share in the property of his father who is right now under the custody of divorced wife

Dear Sir,
A share in the property of his father can be claimed no more than 1/3rd as per mohammedan law of practice, any how please clarify once again with your Advocate, Ok ? and file a suit in a civil court.
