Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear Sir/Madam, I have given Rs 9 lacs to one of my friend through NEFT /RTGS from my saving account .The amount was given in 3 parts . 1) 5lac on 20th july 2013 . 2) 3.5 lac on 15th sept 2013 . 3) 50 thousand on 16th sept 2013. He said that he will give the amount back by november end of 2013.Now it has been 1 month and he is not recieving my calls and is also not replying to my msgs also. Please help me if we can take legal help to get back the money. I have also got few msgs saved in my mobile till we had conversation .

The transaction through NEFT and messages are sufficient to prove your case. File a police complaint first. See, whether police investigate the matter and lodges the FIR or not. If u don't get positive response from police, file a complaint in the court of Magistrate u/s 156(3) of CrPC. Civil suit for recovery is another option but we can use it later on.
