Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
dear sir,
our caste is muslim majothi kumbhar but by mistak all family member leaving certificate record is muslim shaikh except my brother and sister.so how to i change this record..
plz give me advice

Caste discrimination of any form or nature is illegal and a criminal offence. Your religion is Muslim, the sub caste is immaterial and irrelevant.
