Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

My employee has violated the NDA. we have transcripts of chats where in he tried to solicit my client as proof against him. I want to expel him and retain his salary. could you please share with me a format (letter ) where in I can pursue action against him.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You are unclear whether your employee while being in service, has violated the rules and regulations of the National Defence Academy, the National Drug Authority or the National Democratic Alliance party (NDA). As an Advocate / Lawyer in practice, you will need to give a written statement of the name of your law firm and your position in it, besides citing the ways in which your employee has violated service conditions. Without doing so, retaining his / her salary is not recommended.
