Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am an engineer .. now I'm preparing for civil service examinations. My father's name is Joseph John ... but in all his Id proofs it was mentioned as John. My sister used only John in her all certificates ..passport.. but in my certificates ...it is mentioned as Joseph John only....recently I got my aathar card..In that father's name is mentioned like John only. ...now I'm going to apply for passport and voter Id.i really don't know what to follow....Please help me in this regard... This always makes confusion
