Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

my father expired with out writing will.

we are three children age 54yrs son(my self),52yrs daughter,48yrs son.

my sister married in 1983 where as daughter equal rights started from 1985 in our andhra pradesh.

we have 2acres land from fathers father which is writen on 1955 on my father name by the grand father which is his own earning.

what is the legal right to my sister? pl advice

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Since September 2005, that Indian Government has been made amendment to Hindu Succession Act 1956, which is having an over ridding effect to your Andhra Pradesh State enactment, as per this 1/3rd Share going to get for each children, including female member and her share have to allocate with in the Hindu Undivided Family irrespective married, or not, Okay? And answer given through me having natural presumption as your selves belong to an Hindu.
