Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
my father has written the land property for four sons and given money settlement to daughters. daugheres have agreed to the settlement and signed the document.
Also on a condition for sons that the land will be completely settled to them only when my mother dies.
Now the daughters are claiming that they need additional share. How can we defend this?

1) If there is any settlement deed registered then the condition will apply.
2) In case of ancestral property, the daughters claim may sustain based on full facts.
