Dear Sir / Madam,
I have been time and again repeatedly emphasizing that it is immaterial whether a parent irrespective of his / her age, has ancestral or self acquired property, as long as he / she has the title of the property in his / her name. The father is free to deal with the property in the manner he best deems fit, without the consent of his sons or daughters.
Regards,
