my fathers mother had get a property from her father my grand mother have 3 child 2 are male and one is female . is 3 are equal right on property or not. please clarrify.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your grandmother has acquired the title of the property in her name from your great grandfather, she has the sole right to transfer the title of the property in anybody's name. There is no compulsion on her to equally divide the property amongst all her three children.
