Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

firm was formed with partner A and B on 1-1-2006, on 17-2-2006 partner C added as new partner and on 31-3-2006 partner A retired voluntarily and remaining two partner B and C. on 20-4-2006 they apply the registration of firm to registrar of firm and form of application is signed by A and B. How a partner who left the firm on 31-3-2006 signed the form is it legal? what is remedy with me to get firm unregistered so the suit get dismissed under section 69(2).the amendment dated 22-112-10 shows that partner C joined the firm on 17-2-2006 and on 31-3-2006 partner A retired the firm. what are legal option?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the firm applied for registration on 20.04.2006 only B and C are eligible to be the partners.

A fresh Partnership Deed between B and C can be registered.
